Fixed:

There was a Time Report bug causing text to overlap when clicking Expand All after some report groups were already expanded. We fixed that.
Another Time Report bug was causing a User not found error to occur. We fixed that too.

Added:

Previously, once a user had locked a task by finalizing, marking it complete was no longer possible. One would have to un-finalize the task, click the checkmark to mark it complete, and re-finalize it. That seemed silly to us. Now you can mark any task complete at any time.
